• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, final sale items (e.g., those marked “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale”) cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

2. Get Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping.
3. Ship the Item: Mail the item to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
• Deductions: Please note, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping fees are your responsibility.
