1. Order Processing

All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time) or on weekends/holidays will be considered received on the next business day.

During the processing period, we check inventory, prepare your item(s), and perform quality control. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number(s).

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • General Practice: In most cases, these charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The carrier will contact you prior to delivery for payment of these fees. 6. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

  • Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not liable for packages lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the cost of reshipping will be borne by the customer.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: The carrier will typically attempt delivery 1-3 times. If you are not available, they will leave a notice with instructions for pickup at a local depot. If the package remains unclaimed and is returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
